I am not responsible for incorrect information, however if the mistake is mine - I will promptly correct it. What forms of payment do you take? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check and Money Orders. FOR CHECK & MONEY ORDERS: Checks and Money Orders should be made out to: Texas Embroidery Shop. I ship your order as soon as your check clears, which could take up to 7 business days. Send your payment to the address listed above.
When do you ship my order? Orders are shipped immediately after printing. The vinyl sign labels take a little longer to print than the others because the process is longer. All labels are shipped together in one package.
What are your privacy policies? Will you sell my information? We are very protective of your information. We have been victims of identity theft and know how serious it is to have your information passed on without your knowledge. We do not collect information beyond what is necessary for your order. We will not sell your information to a third party company.
Can I return my order? Each order is a custom order. If the mistake is ours we will promptly replace it. However, if the mistake is made at the time of order, then a new order will have to be made. Why is my order taking so long? What are your Shipping Procedures? Each order is a custom made product. We receive orders and the orders are batch printed several times a week. Some designs are printed on-site some are printed off site. So we might have to wait for the groups to come in before combining to send as a complete order. We ship immediately after your order is finished. We use United Stated Priority Mail with tracking so we know when the order was delivered.
